Each SecurityKey has a Control Panel on the user desktop Key features of each SecurityKey include:

 

  • PC Lock and Unlock when the Key is inserted or removed to protect against casual access

    • Provides double factor authentication

  • Encryption to store sensitive company information securely and easily on all computers :
    • Creates single or multiple data vaults accessible only when the Key is inserted
    • Each Vault can be individually password protected, great when sharing a computer
    • Administrator can open all user vaults with the Master SecurityKey

  • PKI Token providing online information security
    • PKI Encryption to prevent tampering of email and file content
    • Digital Signature as proof of identity of the sender of emails
    • Authentication and Authorization to log on to web-based applications or secure portals
    • Token Certificate Standard X.509 V3

  • USB Memory Drive on the SecurityKey for standard as well as encrypted and password protected files for secure local data storage

  • Audit Trail to monitor computer access and regularly update the Administrator Console
